هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على الكفايات اللازمة لإعداد معلم التربية الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمين. ولتحقيق هدف تم إعداد مقياس كفايات معلم التربية الخاصة والذي تضمن أربعة أبعاد وهى: كفايات تدريسية أدائية، كفايات معرفية، كفايات مهارية وكفايات وجدانية وشخصية. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من ١٥٥ معلما ومعلمة ممن يعملون في مراكز التربية الخاصة وغرف مصادر التعلم للحصول على النتائج تم استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن جميع الكفايات الواردة في مقياس كفايات معلم التربية الخاصة تتحلى بنفس الدرجة من الأهمية بالنسبة لمعلمي التربية الخاصة، كما أظهرت أن ترتيب الكفايات بالنسبة لتوافرها جاءت متساوية في الأهمية إلى حد ما. This study aimed to identify the competencies required for the preparation of special education teacher from the point of view of the teachers themselves. To achieve the goal has been set up efficiencies of scale special education teacher, which included four dimensions: the efficiencies of teaching performance today, efficiencies of knowledge, competencies and skill competencies and emotional and personal. The study sample consisted of 155 teachers who work in special education rooms and learning resource centers. To get the results was extracted averages, where the results showed that all competencies contained in the efficiencies of the special education teacher show the same degree of importance for special education teachers gauge, also showed that the order of competencies for availability was of equal importance to some extent.
