هدف البحث إلى التعرف على مستوى العادات العقلية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال، والكشف عن الفرق بين معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة في الضغوط المهنية، والتعرف على العلاقة الارتباطية بين عادات العقل والضغوط المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. وتكونت عينة البحث الاستطلاعية من ثلاثون معلمة رياض الأطفال، وتكونت عينة البحث الأساسية من ثلاثون معلمة رياض الأطفال بمدينة المنيا، وتم استخدام مقياس عادات العقل (إعداد كارل روجرز)، ومقياس الضغوط المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال (إعداد الباحثتان)، وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن مستوى العادات العقلية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال يتراوح بين متوسط ومرتفع، كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فرق دال إحصائياً بين معلمات رياض الأطفال الحكومية والخاصة في الضغوط المهنية، كما أوضحت وجود علاقة ارتباطية سالبة دالة إحصائياً بين العادات العقلية (المثابرة، دقة الكلام والتفكير، الإصغاء بتفهم وتعاطف، استخدام الدعابة) والضغوط المهنية لدى معلمات رياض الأطفال. The current research aimed to identify the levels of kindergarten teachers' mind habits, uncover the difference between the teachers of governmental kindergartens and those of private kindergartens concerning the professional pressure and identify the correlation between mind habits and kindergarten teachers' professional pressure. The pilot study sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers, and the experimental sample consisted of (30) kindergarten teachers as well in Minia city. Carl Rogers' scale of mind habits and a scale of kindergarten teachers' professional pressure (developed by the researchers) were both utilized. The findings of the present research showed that the levels of kindergarten teachers' mind habits range from moderate to high. In addition, it was found that there is no a statistically significant difference between the teachers of governmental kindergartens and those of private kindergartens concerning the professional pressure, as well as there is a negative statistically significant correlation between the mind habits (perseverance, accuracy of speech and thinking, listening with understanding and sympathy, the use of humor) and the professional pressure of kindergarten teachers.
