هدفت الدراسة إلى إعداد برنامج مقترح باستخدام مسرح العرائس للحد من التنمر في بيئة الروضة، تحديد أكثر الأشكال الشائعة للتنمر في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، تحديد خصائص الطفل المتنمر، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (30) طفل وطفلة بمرحلة رياض الأطفال، واعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج شبه التجريبي، واستخدمت الدراسة الأدوات التالية: بطاقة ملاحظة التنمر، استبيان استطلاع رأي المعلمة حول التنمر في الروضة، مقياس التنمر المصور لطفل الروضة، وتم حساب صدق المحكمين لأدوات الدراسة، ودلت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين مقياس التنمر وبطاقة الملاحظة لطفل الروضة، فاعلية برنامج مسرح العرائس في الحد من انتشار ظاهرة التنمر في مرحلة رياض الأطفال، حيث يعمل على تقريب المفهوم بطريقة أكثر حسية للطفل فيتأثر به ومن ثم يمكن تغيير أراء وأفكار الأطفال بطريقة سهلة. ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة عمل برامج تدريبية للحد من العنف والتنمر لدى أطفال الروضة، تقديم برامج تدريبية لتوعية معلمات الروضة بالتنمر، يجب أن يتضمن التعليم في مرحلة الروضة التأكيد على مهارات التعاطف مع الآخرين، والتعاون، وحل الصراعات والنزاعات بشكل سلمي، إعداد برامج لكلا الوالدين لتخفيف الأعمال العدوانية، ولتدريبهم على التعامل مع الأطفال المتنمرين أو ضحايا التنمر، ضرورة خلق بيئة صفية أمنة خالية من التهديد. The study aimed at preparing a proposed program using the puppet theater to reduce bullying in the kindergarten environment, identifying the most common forms of bullying in. the kindergarten stage, identifying the characteristics of the bullying child, and the study sample reached (30) children in the kindergarten stage., And the study used the following. tools: observation card bullying, questionnaire questionnaire of the teacher about bullying in the kindergarten, a measure of bullying image of the child kindergarten, and the validity of the arbitrators was calculated for the study tools, and the results of the study on the existence of a correlation between the scale of bullying and observation card for kindergarten, The puppet theater program aims at reducing the spread of bullying in kindergartens, as it works to bring the concept closer to the child in a more sensitive way, so that the views and ideas of the children can be easily changed. The most important recommendations of the study are training programs to reduce violence and bullying among kindergarten children to provide training programs to educate nursery school teachers. Kindergarten education should include emphasis on empathy for others, cooperation and peaceful conflict resolution, preparation of programs for both parents to reduce hostilities, and training them to deal with bullying children or victims of bullying.
