هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مستوى السعادة النفسية لدى المساعدين التربويين بمدينة الأغواط. كما سعت الدراسة أيضا إلى معرفة أثر كل من الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي والخبرة في إحداث الفروق بين المساعدين التربويين في مستوى السعادة النفسية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام أداة تمثلت في مقياس قائمة السعادة الحقيقية، أعدها السيكولوجيان مارتن سيلجمان وكريستوفر بيرتسون. وفي الدراسة الأساسية المستندة إلى المنهج الوصفي تم التطبيق على عينة قوامها (20) مساعدا تربويا، وقد تم جمع البيانات وتحليلها إحصائيا اعتمادا على نظام رزمة الإحصاء للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وذلك باستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية التالية: المتوسطات الحسابية - الانحرافات المعيارية. و قد أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية: 1) يوجد مستوى متوسط للسعادة لدى المساعدين التربويين. 2) لا توجد فروق في مستوى السعادة تعزى لمتغير الجنس، السن، المستوى التعليمي، الخبرة. The present study aimed to detect the level of psychological happiness of the educational assistants in the city of Laghouat. The study also sought to know the effect of gender, age, educational level and experience in making differences between educational assistants in the level of mental happiness. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was used to measure the list of true happiness, prepared by the psychologist Martin Selgman and Christopher Pertson. In the basic study based on the descriptive approach, a sample of (20) educational assistants was applied. The data were collected and analyzed statistically according to the statistical system of social sciences (SPSS) using the following statistical methods: Mathematical averages - standard deviations. The study resulted in the following results: 1) There is an average level of happiness among educational assistants. 2)There are no differences in the level of happiness attributed to the variable Ajans. , age, education, experience.
