هدفت الدراسة التعرف على مستوى الملاكات القيادية ودورها في نجاح اليات العمل الاداري لأعضاء الكادر التدريبي لاقسام وكليات جامعة كركوك وكذلك معرفة العلاقة بين الملاكات القيادية و نجاح اليات العمل الاداري لأعضاء الكادر التدريبي لاقسام وكليات جامعة كركوك استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي بأسلوب المسح لملاءمته الدراسة الحالية، وشمل مجتمع البحث على أعضاء الكادر التدريبي لاقسام وكليات جامعة كركوك، وتم اختيار العينة بصورة عمدية لمن يحملون شهادة الماجستير والدكتوراه وقد بلغ مجتمع البحث (33) مدربا واعتمد الباحثون على مقياس الكفاءة القيادية للمدربين الذي يتكون من (30) فقرة وأستنتجو وجود علاقة ارتباط بين الملاكات القيادية للاداريين والمدربين ومستوى الاداء، وامتياز المدربون والاداريون بمستوى عالي في الكفاءة القيادية من خلال توجيه اللاعبين وإرشادهم إلى الطريق الصحيح، وأوصو على ضرورة التأكيد على الكفاءة القيادية للاداريين وللمدربين والعمل على خلق المناخ المناسب لتطور هذه الحالة بما يخدم الأداء، والعمل على تأهيل المدربين من خلال فتح دورات تدريبية في الجوانب الفنية والإدارية والنفسية فضلا عن الجوانب الخططية والتدريبية. The study aimed to identify the level of leadership cadres and their role in the success of the administrative work mechanisms of the members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk, as well as to know the relationship between the leadership cadres and the success of the administrative work mechanisms of members of the training staff of departments and colleges of the University of Kirkuk.
