هدف البحث الى معرفة مستوى المناخ التنظيمي لطلبة الدراسات العليا في كليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في محافظة بغداد من حيث الكفاءة العلمية، وأستعمل الباحثون المنهج الوصفي لملائمة طبيعة مشكلة البحث، وتمتوزيع الاستبانة المكونة من (33 فقرة) على عينة بلغ عددها (120) طالبا يمثلون الدراسات العليا لكليات التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضية في محافظة بغداد، وأهم الاستنتاجات التي توصلوا اليها هيان بعض شعب الدراسات العليا لا تتبنى عند بداية كل تقويم دراسي سنوي وضع الخطط ضمن المستجدات السنوية للناحية العلمية الخاص باعضاء هيئات التدريس، وأوصوا بتصويب واختيار الاساتذة ممن لديهم روح القيادة العلمية والخبرة والتجدد المستمر للمعلومات لتكليفهم بتدريس الدراسات العليا. The research aimed to know the level of organizational climate for graduate students in the colleges of physical education and sports science in Baghdad governorate in terms of scientific efficiency, and researchers used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the research problem, and the questionnaire consisting of (33 paragraphs) was distributed to a sample of (120) students they represent the graduate studies of the colleges of physical education and sports science in the province of Baghdad, and the most important conclusions they reached are that some of the graduate studies people do not adopt at the beginning of each annual academic evaluation putting plans within the annual developments of the scientific aspect of the members of the teaching staff, and they recommended to vote he must choose the professors who have a scientific leadership spirit, experience, and a constant renewal of information to assign them to teach postgraduate studies.
