هدف البحث الى التعرف على مستوى الأداء الاكاديمي لتدريسيي كليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في العراق، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي بالاسلوب المسحي لمعالجة مشكلة البحث، وتكونت عينة البحث من تدريسيي كليات واقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في العراق، واستخدم الباحث الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) لمعالجة البيانات احصائيا، واستنتج الباحثان حقق مقياس الأداء الأكاديمي للتدريسيين أسسا ومعاملات علمية يمكن الاعتماد عليها، اوصى الباحثان الاهتمام بالأداء الأكاديمي للتدريسيين من حيث الأداء والجودة والبرامج الأكاديمية والمناهج الدراسية وطرائق التدريس ومصادر التعلم وجودة الكتاب الجامعي والأهداف، وتوعية التدريسيين في كليات وأقسام التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في الجامعات العراقية بذلك من خلال دورات تطويرية متواصلة. The research aimed to identify the level of academic performance of the faculties and departments of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, and the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to address the research problem, and the research sample consisted of the faculties of the colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Iraq, and the researcher used the statistical bag (SPSS) to address statistical data, and the researchers concluded that the academic performance measure for teachers has achieved reliable scientific foundations and transactions, the researchers recommended paying attention to the academic performance of teachers in terms of performance, quality, academic programs, curricula and methods teaching opportunities, learning resources, university book quality and goals, and educating teachers in colleges and departments of physical education and sports science in Iraqi universities through continuous development courses.
