هدفت الدراسة إلى كشف فاعلية برنامج تأهيلي في تحسين مستوى التكيف المهني والتكيف الشخصي لدى المتدربين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في الأحساء. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (27) متدربا من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة والمتوسطة تراوحت مستويات ذكائهم بين (40-70) وقد أدت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية: وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في التكيف المهني ككل وبُعده (التفاعل الاجتماعي) لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في أبعاد التكيف المهني (شخصي موجه ذاتيا، شخصي موجه خارجيا) لصالح التطبيق البعدي. ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطي درجات المتدربين في التطبيق القبلي والبعدي في التكيف المهني لصالح التطبيق البعدي. وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) في (بعد شخصي موجه خارجيا، مقياس التكيف الشخصي) لدى عينة المتدربين ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية في الأحساء تعزى لمتغير مجال التدريب المهني لصالح ورشة التدريب الهندسية. The aim of this study is to reveal the effectiveness of a rehabilitation program on improving vocational and personal adaptation of intellectual disability trainees in Al Ahssa. The sample of this study consists of (27) mild and moderate of intellectual disability trainees with (70-40) IQ. The results of this study are: there are statistical differences at the mean level (0.01) based on the pre- and post-application on trainees with average grades reflected on their whole vocational adaptation and its effect on their social interaction. That is obvious in the post-application rather than the pre-application. There are statistical differences at the mean level (0.05) among average grade trainees based on the pre- and post- application on the whole vocational adaptation and its effect (internally oriented personal dimension, externally oriented personal dimension). It is more effective in the post-application. There are statistical differences at the mean level (0.01) among average grades trainees based on the pre- and post-application on the vocational adaptation, and it is clearer in the post-application. There are statistical differences at the mean level (0.01) within (externally oriented personal dimension - personal adaptation scale). It reveals that all these differences among the sample of intellectual disability trainees in Al Ahssa are due to the variable of the vocational training field for the engineering training workshop.
