The current research aims to: "recognition of the use of the mobile phone "mobile"; in the collection of students of the second stage / department of computers in the general Arabic. To achieve the research objective, the researcher put forth the following zero hypothesis: "there are no statistically significant differences between the average scores of the students; the experimental group; the grades of the control group; the post-test; to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher adopted; experimental design with partial adjustment, and found it appropriate"; for the conditions of the current research; while reading the researcher details; division of designs; found design group model; control; non-random selection tribal test; in the second semester of the academic year (2018-2019), the total number of students in the second stage was determined in the computer department / Basic Education College / Mustansiriya University; (72) students; (33) students; the number of students in the control group (33;) )2(in the two-year test for the two academic years; in the 2017/2018 academic year, the number of students in the two groups was statistically significant; there were statistically significant differences between the two experimental groups and the control in these variables. After the researcher identified the subjects of the scientific subject, which will be studied by the researcher; during the period of the experiment, six topics; the researcher chose a subject, one of them randomly to conduct a final achievement test; and applied it to the two research groups (experimental and control) at the end of the experiment; the final achievement test for the purpose of measuring the theoretical information acquired by the students; after the completion of the teaching process of a choice type; a multi-component of 40; a question in light of the objectives identified; of specialists; cooper equation on.; the results of the study were calculated using the t-test for two independent samples (test-t) to determine the significance of the differences at (0.05) between the two research groups; the average scores of the students of the research groups (experimental and control) (30.82), and the mean scores of the control group (25,15;) in light of the results of the research, the researcher concluded the following: 1) the use of WatSab technology in the mobile phone as an assistant in the teaching of general Arabic for non - specialization has a positive impact on student achievement. 2) The use of WatSab technology in the mobile as an assistant in the process of teaching to obtain additional information and explanatory of the material that is studied in the lecture routine is a useful method in the educational process. In light of the results of the research, the researcher recommended the following: 1) the use of WatSab technology in the mobile phone as an assistant in the teaching of general Arabic for non-specialization for the purpose of obtaining additional explanatory information about the material being studied in the regular lecture. 2) The research and development center shall prepare and implement training and development courses for the university teachers in order to inform them of the possibility of using the mobile phone as an assistant in the teaching process.
