The study aimed at investigating the extent availability of scientific literacy in the light of the knowledge society for science college female students at King Khalid University. The researcher used the descriptive approach and implemented a survey about scientific literacy in the light of the knowledge society after ensuring its validity and reliability. The sample consisted of 204 science college female students at King Khalid University in the first academic semester of (2018-2019). Statistical analysis was done by calculating the frequencies, percentages, means. The results of the study showed that scientific culture, in the light of the knowledge society, has three dimensions related to the fields of learning (cognitive, skills and sentimental(where the fields of learning are branched into 30 indicators. Also, the results showed that scientific literacy in the light of the knowledge society is available to a certain extent among the sample member, where the general average (2.29), according to what have been mentioned, some recommendations were made.
