هدف البحث بناء برنامج مقترح لتأهيل المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق البرامج الحديثة للتقنية في الإشراف التربوي بإدارة تعليم صبيا، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت استبانة على عينة من المشرفين والمشرفات بإدارة تعليم صبيا بلغت (342) عضوًا. وأسفر البحث عدد من النتائج، ومنها: موافقة أفراد عينة البحث بدرجة "موافق" حول الاحتياجات التدريبية للمشرفين التربويين بإدارة التعليم بصبيا لتطبيق نظام نور؛ وتطبيق برنامج الفصول الافتراضية، وتطبيق برامج الحوسبة السحابية في الإشراف التربوي، وتطبيق برامج الاختبارات الإلكترونية في الإشراف التربوي، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدالة (0.05≥α) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول الاحتياجات التدريبية للمشرفين التربويين بإدارة التعليم بصبيا لتطبيق (نظام نور، والفصول الافتراضية، والحوسبة السحابية، والاختبارات الإلكترونية) في الإشراف التربوي بإدارة التعليم بصبيا طبقاً لمتغيرات الجنس (ذكر، وانثي). والتخصص (نظري، وعلمي)؛ ووجود فروق دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (0.01) بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة لاستجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول الاحتياجات التدريبية لتطبيق البرامج الحديثة للتقنية في الإشراف التربوي بإدارة التعليم بصبيا طبقاً لمتغير الخدمة في مجال الإشراف في كلاً من المحور الثاني والثالث والرابع بين استجابات مجموعة (من 5 سنوات إلى أقل من 10 سنوات) مع مجموعة (من 15 سنة فأكثر) لصالح مجموعة (من 15 سنة فأكثر). وفي ضوء هذه النتائج توصل البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي مقترح لتأهيل المشرفين التربويين لتطبيق البرامج الحديثة للتقنية في الإشراف التربوي بإدارة تعليم صبيا، وتكون من عدد من العناصر، وهي: دليل مبررات، وفلسفة، وأهمية، والهدف العام وأهداف البرنامج التفصيلية، وأسس ومعايير تصميم البرنامج، ومواصفات المدرب، وإدارة البرنامج، وأساليب التدريب المستخدمة، وآليات نجاحه، واستراتيجيات تنفيذه، وتقويم البرنامج، وتصميم البرنامج التدريبي ومحتواه، وتقييم البرنامج. كما أوصى البحث بعدد من التوصيات، ومنها: تبني إدارة التعليم بصبيا البرنامج والعمل على تنفيذه بمكاتب الاشراف بها؛ وإشراك المشرفين والمشرفات التربويين من المشاركة في وضع الخطط التدريبية لهم في ضوء احتياجاتهم الفعلية للاستفادة من خبراتهم؛ التعاون بين إدارة التدريب بإدارة التعليم بصبيا ومؤسسات التدريب المجتمعية للاستفادة من خبراتهم في هذا المجال. The aim of the research is to build a proposed program to train educational supervisors to apply modern technology programs in educational supervision in the department of the education of a boy, and the research used descriptive curriculum, and the questionnaire applied to a sample of supervisors and supervisors in the department of the education of a boy reached (342) members. These include: approval of the members of the research sample to the degree of "ok") about the training needs of the educational supervisors of the Department of Education in The Boy a system of light system, application of the program of virtual classes, application of cloud computing programs in educational supervision, application of electronic testing programs in educational supervision, and the absence of differences A statistical indication at the function level (0.05≥α) between the average responses of the research sample members on the training needs of educational supervisors in the Department of Education with a boy for application (Noor system, virtual classes, cloud computing, electronic tests) in educational supervision of the Education Department of a boy according to the variables of sex (male, female). Specialization (theoretical, scientific); and statistically significant differences at the indicative level (0.01) between the average responses of sample members to the responses of sample research on the training needs of applying modern technical programs in the educational supervision of the Department of Education as a boy according to the service change in supervision in the second, third and fourth axes between group responses (5 years to under 10) with a group (15 years and older) for a group (from 15 years). In the light of these findings, the research has led to the construction of a proposed training program for the training of educational supervisors to apply modern technical programs in educational supervision in the management of a boy's education, which will consist of a number of elements: a guide to justifications, philosophy, importance, the general objective and detailed objectives of the program, the foundations and criteria for the design of the program, the training specifications, the training methods used, the mechanisms of its success, its implementation strategies, the evaluation of the program, the design of the training programmer and its content, and the evaluation of the programmer: Adopting the Department of Education with two boys of the program and working to implement it with its supervisory offices, and involving educational supervisors and supervisors to participate in the development of training plans for them in light of their actual needs to benefit from their expertise, and increase cooperation training management of the department of education as a boy and among the community training institutions to benefit from their experiences in this field.
