هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مصادر الفكر الإداري التربوي عند المسلمين، واستخدم الباحث - نظرا لطبيعة بحثه - الكتب والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بموضوع البحث المراجع التي لها علاقة بالتأصيل الإسلامي لمصادر الفكر الإداري التربوي عند المسلمين، واتبع الباحث منهج البحث المكتبي الوثائقي نظرا لمناسبته لطبيعة الدراسة، وتوصلت النتائج إلي أن الواقع المعاصر يحتم أن ننفتح على العالم ونأخذ منه النافع، وهذا يستلزم عملية التأصيل لمصادر الفكر الإداري التربوي؛ إذا أردنا الحفاظ على شخصيتنا وسر كينونتنا، والجهود المبذولة في التأصيل الإسلامي لمصادر الفكر الإداري التربوي لا زالت ضعيفة جدا، رغم وجود بعض الاهتمام منذ عدد كبير من السنوات كما توصلت نتائج البحث أن جميع أهداف الفكر التربوي تشتق من الدين الإسلامي بجوانبه المختلفة، ويجب أن تكون الشريعة الإسلامية هي المنظم لمصادر الأهداف الأخرى، بما يحقق في النهاية جودة وتميز هذه الأهداف، ويوصي الباحث بضرورة الاهتمام بمصادر الفكر الإداري التربوي عند المسلمين بالذات؛ لما لهذا العلم من أهمية كبرى في الواقع المعاصر. The research aimed at identifying the sources of educational administrative thought among Muslims. The researcher used - due to the nature of his research - previous books and studies related to the topic of the research, and references related to the Islamic rooting of the sources of educational administrative thought among Muslims. The researcher believes that the closest research method for this study is the research method documentary librarian due to its relevance to the nature of the study, the results concluded that the contemporary reality necessitates that we open up to the world and get the benefit from it, and this requires the process of rooting the sources of educational administrative thought. If we want to preserve our personality and the secret of our being, and the efforts exerted in the Islamic rooting of the educational administrative thought sources are still very weak, despite the presence of some interest for a large number of years, the results of the research have also found that all the goals of educational thought are derived from the Islamic religion in its various aspects, and they must be Islamic law is the organizer of the sources of other goals, which ultimately achieves the quality and distinction of these goals, and the researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the sources of educational administrative thought for Muslims in particular.
