The research aims to know (The systemic thinking level of the teaching staff of the colleges of Basic Education and its relation to their students' creative thinking). To achieve the objective of research must answer the following questions: 1) What is the level of systemic thinking of colleges of basic education lecturers? 2) What is the relationship between the systemic thinking of the lecturers of college of basic education with the creative thinking for their students? The aim has been achieved through verifying the null hypothesis: There is no statistically significant difference at 0.05 level between the correctional relation of systemic thinking of the lecturers of college education with the creative thinking to their student. The researcher had used the descriptive research methods to verify the aim and answer the questions and the hypothesis. The population included the staff and students of college of basic education. The sample of the research was purposive and represented by the staff and the students of science department college of basic education/ Mustansiriyah University. As the number of staff in science department (42) lecturers as for the students was the number (100).To determine the level of systemic thinking in basic education colleges lecturers and creative thinking to their students and their academic achievement the researchers has prepared: 1: A measure of systemic thinking of staff in science department in college of basic education.2: The researchers has adopted a scale of creative thinking (verbal form) adapting by Saied Kher Allah (1966). The data statistically treated by using Pearson’s correlation coefficient and T test the results showed: 1)The level of Systemic thinking in staff basic education science Department was high. 2) There is no a statistically significant relationship between systemic thinking of staff of science department in basic education faculties and creative thinking for students. In light of what the results, the researcher recommends the following: Set up symposiums for staff of science department in basic education college to urge them to develop their systemic thinking. The researcher also suggested: A similar study on samples of staff the rest of the educational and scientific colleges and universities to know their level of systemic thinking in relation to creative thinking and academic achievement of their students.
