هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الثانوية في محافظة الخليل للقيادة الخادمة وعلاقتها بجودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى معلميهم، ومعرفة تأثير كل من متغيرات (الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة) على درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة، ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية لدى المعلمين، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي المدارس الثانوية والبالغ عددهم (2902)، أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (146) معلما، استخدم الباحث استبانة القيادة الخادمة واستبانة جودة الحياة الوظيفية، توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: درجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية جاء بدرجة منخفضة، مع وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين ممارسة القيادة الخادمة، ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة ممارسة القيادة الخادمة ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية تعزى لمتغيرات (الجنس والمؤهل وسنوات الخبرة). This study aims at identifying the degree of practicing servant leadership and its relation to teachers' quality of professional life by secondary school principals at Hebron governorate. It also aims to recognize the effect of gender, academic qualification and years of experience on the degree of practicing the servant leadership and the level of the teachers' quality of the professional life. Population of the study consisted of all secondary school teachers (2902) from which a sample of 146 was chosen as subjects of the study. Results revealed that the degree of practicing servant leadership was medium while the level of quality of the professional life got a low degree. There was also a statistically significant positive correlation between practicing the servant leadership and the level of the quality of professional life. Findings also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in subjects' estimation of the degree of practicing servant leadership and the level of quality of professional life attributed to gender, academic qualification or years of experience.
