هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى تداعيات العدوان الإسرائيلي على فاعلية الإدارة المدرسية وسبل التغلب عليها، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (54) رئيس قسم ومدير مدرسة من مديرية شمال غزة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، حيث بلغ معامل الثبات لها (0.98) وأظهرت النتائج أن درجة تداعيات العدوان الإسرائيلي على فاعلية الإدارة المدرسية جاءت متوسطة بوزن نسبي (47.5%) حيث تبين أن مجال تداعيات العدوان على التواصل مع المجتمع المحلي حصل على المرتبة الأولى، واتضح وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة تقدير أفراد العينة لتداعيات العدوان و متغير المسمى الوظيفي لصالح رؤساء الأقسام، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاستعداد لمواجهة أي أمر طارئ حتى تستمر العملية التربوية بنجاح وفاعلية. This study aimed at identifying the consequences of the Israeli aggression on the school leadership management in north Gaza governorate and ways to overcome them. The study sample consists of (54) heads of governorate divisions and school principals from North Gaza. The researcher selected his sample randomly and he used the analytical descriptive method to address the study areas of investigations. To collect the study data, the researcher used a questionnaire. Reliability of the questionnaire was (0.98) and of course, it was satisfactory to depend on it. The result of the study shows that the consequences of the Israeli aggression on the school leadership effectiveness had a moderate degree with (47.5%) as the study shows that the Israeli aggression consequences on the local community communication ranked the first. A according to the job title variable, the study shows that there are significant differences in the degree given by the sample in favor to the heads of the governorate divisions. The study recommended the necessity of preparedness to encounter emergency to guarantee successful and effective continuity of the educational process. (Published Abstract)
