The aim of the research is to identify the training needs of middle school teachers in the State of Kuwait, where the researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research. Mubarak Al-Kabeer Educational Zone, Ahmadi Educational Zone, the Capital Educational District, in the State of Kuwait, for (228) teachers in the intermediate stage, where the survey sample reached (30) teachers and the basic sample reached (198) teachers, and the results showed that the most prominent training needs Under the standard of effective teacher characteristics, that the teacher adheres to the continuous improvement of teaching and creating effective educational communication with students, and the most prominent training needs with the effective communication standard is that the teacher uses specific and appropriate tools to identify the needs of his students and is familiar with the skills of dealing with students with special needs, and the most prominent training needs with the standard of professional skills That the teacher expects from students consistently high levels of performance and adheres to educational ethics The teaching profession, and the most prominent training needs according to the standard of monitoring and evaluation of the training process, that training programs help the teacher to provide various teaching and learning strategies that meet the needs of the gifted, and the training programs help the teacher to present strategies for employing technology in teaching, and one of the most important recommendations that the research concluded in light of these results is the necessity Attention to training middle school teachers in the light of developing professional skills, and keeping pace with the training needs of middle school teachers, with the need for continuous development in the content of training programs for middle school teachers.
