The study aimed to reveal the degree of the availability of problems facing school leaders applying the integration programs in Albaha region from the point of view of female leaders and teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study the descriptive survey approach was used. However, The study community consists of all female leaders and teachers of school which applying integration programs in the Albaha region, where (27) female leaders and (145) female teachers. The study was applied to a sample consisting of (25) female leaders and (109) female teachers. The tool for collecting data was represented in a questionnaire including (30) paragraphs distributed in three fields: First Field: The Education Department included (11) paragraphs; Second Field: Female Teachers including (10) paragraphs; Third Field: The School Building and its Equipment including (9) Paragraphs. The study showed the following results: The degree of the availability of problems facing school female leaders applying integration programs in the Albaha region was a high degree (M=3.75). It ranked as follows (Education Department (M=3.86), School Building and its Equipment (M=3.86), Teachers (M=3.64). There were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the members of the study sample to the degree of availability of problems facing school female leaders applying the integration programs in Albaha region attributable to the variable (years of experience, education stage). The study sample suggested some solutions as preparing school buildings to be suitable for receiving students with special needs, and holding training courses for female teachers in the field of teaching for students with special needs. The study recommended that it is necessary for the education department to include school female leaders in making decisions related to the integration process, and it is necessary to provide training programs for school female leaders to manage the integration school, and delegate the necessary powers to school female leaders applying the integration programs.
