The research included a theoretical part for automation concepts and concepts of learning outcomes. A practical part for automating the method used to measure learning outcomes to become an electronic system. The researcher used the Descriptive analytical method to find a solution for the research problem and to avoid the defects of the currently used method in which learning outcomes are measured in the Community College Girls in Najrun University. The search tool was to build a system using the programming language Visual Basic. Net and Microsoft Excel. The program was tested on one of the courses of the Computer Science program and the results were represented in converting the paper course matrices into an electronic form and providing a system that enables the faculty member to measure learning outcomes after entering the required data in addition to Identify the method in which the program is applied. The results showed the effectiveness of the program after comparing its outputs with previously used measurement method values. Based on the results, the researcher wrote the most important recommendations. Linking the program directly with the program's learning outcomes matrix to measure the program's learning outcomes, in addition to developing the program and finding a method for sending the measurement results directly to the Quality Department.
