مما لا شك فيه؛ هناك تغيرات مجتمعية معاصرة شهدتها المجتمعات العربية نتج عنها تحولات جذرية في كثير من المجالات، ظهرت عنها استحداثات تطورية في الآونة الأخيرة وخاصة في التقنيات والتكنولوجيا المتقدمة والتي اطلق عليها الجيل الرابع، وذلك نتيجة وتأثير العولمة والانفتاح والثورة التكنولوجية والمعلوماتية التي ظهر استخداماتها واهميتها متجلية في ظل الأزمات التي تمر بها بلدان العالم؛ شاملة الأزمات الإقتصادية أو الصحية أو التعليمية. ولقد تأثرت المجتمعات بهذه التغيرات؛ فأُضيفت مفاهيم جديدة تحمل أنماط سلوكية واتجاهات فكرية حديثة. كما ظهرت نظريات علمية وإيديولوجيات سياسية وابتكارات وإبداعات جديدة تتلاءم مع الأزمات الطارئة التي تواجهها تلك المجتمعات على اختلاف ثقافاتها وبيئاتها مستخدمة في ذلك التكنولوجيا والمعرفة. ولذا يهدف البحث الحالي دراسة التعليم عن بعد والإقتصاد المعرفي كنموذجاً للتغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة في ظل الأزمات. فالتغير بمفهومه الأعم والأشمل يشير إلى الاستمرارية بسبب تأثير مجموعة من العوامل الاجتماعية التي تعتمد في المقام الأول على الأفكار البشرية والنظريات المستحدثة والإيديولوجيات التي يتميز بها كل عصر من العصور. وقد اهتمت الباحثة بالتعرف على تلك التغيرات المجتمعية من خلال دراسة ظاهرتي التعليم عن بعد واقتصاد المعرفة كنموذج واقعي لتلك التغيرات المعاصرة خاصة في ظل أزمة جائحة كورونا. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي التوضيح التغيرات المجتمعية المعاصرة ومنها ثورة التكنولوجيا المعلوماتية وتأثير ذلك علي التعليم عن بعد ومكونات الإقتصاد المعرفي ومدى تأثير ذلك علي المجتمع وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة مرتبطة بالمعلم والطالب كما قدمت الباحثة جملة من التوصيات. Undoubtedly; There are contemporary societal changes that Arab societies have witnessed that have resulted in radical transformations in many areas, which have resulted in developmental innovations recently, especially in advanced technologies and technology, which was called the fourth generation, as a result of the impact of globalization and openness and the technological and informational revolution whose uses and importance have been evident in light of the crises Countries of the world go through; Comprehensive economic, health, or educational crises. Societies have been affected by these changes. New concepts were added carrying behavioral patterns and modern intellectual trends, as well as scientific theories, political ideologies, innovations and innovations that are compatible with the emergency crises that these societies face, regardless of their cultures and environments, using technology and knowledge. We see, for example, inventions of new vaccines to eliminate the emerging corona virus, the development of educational methods different from traditional education in terms of quantity and quality; Modernizing the social structure of the human being healthy and socially by modifying behavioral and cultural patterns, whether in customs and traditions or in human relations at the local or international level, especially in times of crisis, all of this indicates the existence of a massive and comprehensive societal change. Change is a tangible phenomenon that has forms, patterns and factors that help it to continue and transform, but from it is positive change that has a positive addition, such as national projects, openness towards technological progress, increasing rates of economic growth and the balance between resources and consumption .. and so on, or the negative intruder change that offended and exhausted us as an Arab and Islamic society. And create misconceptions, behavioral and intellectual variables, and aggressive trends such as deviance, bullying or intellectual invasion, extremism, terrorism or dependency. The researcher was interested in learning about these societal changes by studying the phenomena of distance education and the knowledge economy as a realistic model for those contemporary changes, especially in light of the Corona pandemic crisis.
