هدفت هذه الدّراسة لتحديد أثر طول الاختبار وحجم العيّنة على تقدير معالم المفردة، وعلاقتها بمؤشّر المطابقة وفق النموذج ثلاثي المَعلَم، حيث قام الباحث بتطبيق اختبار تحصيلي لمبحث الرياضيات للصف التاسع الاساسي للفصل الدراسي الثاني، مكون من ثلاثة مستويات (60، 45، 30) مفردة من نوع الاختيار من متعدد باربع بدائل، على ثلاث عينات بثلاثة أحجام (300،400،530) طالب، واستخدم الباحث برنامجي التحليل الإحصائي SPSS, Bilog-mg لتدريج مفردات الاختبارات، وقام الباحث للتأكد من دقة النتائج التي خرج بها من الجزء التجريبي بتوليد البيانات مما يسمح له بالتحقق من احتمالية تكرار الوصول إلى نفس النتائج. توصلت الدّراسة إلى أنه يوجد فروق في متوسطات مَعلَمة التمييز، ومَعلَمة الصّعوبة أثر طول الاختبار ولصالح الاختبار الطويل، وعدم وجود تاثير لطول الاختبار على مَعلَمة التّخمين في الدّراسة التجريبية، ولا يوجد فروق في متوسطات مَعلَمة التمييز ومَعلَمة الصّعوبة ومَعلَمة التّخمين ترجع إلى تأثير أطوال الاختبارات في دراسة المحاكاة. واتفقت الدراستان بأن حجم العيّنة لا يؤثر في معالم التمييز والصّعوبة والتّخمين، كما اتفقت الدراستان على عدم تأثير التفاعل بين حجم العيّنة وطول الاختبار على قيم معالم المفردة. وعدم تأثير طول الاختبار على مؤشّر مطابقة المفردة، كما يوجد فروق دالة في متوسطات مؤشّر المطابقة ترجع إلى تأثير حجم العيّنة في الدراستين، لصالح العيّنة الكبيرة في الدّراسة التجريبية، ولصالح العيّنة الصغيرة في دراسة المحاكاة. ولا يوجد فروق دالّة للتفاعل بين حجم العيّنة وطول الاختبار على قيم مؤشّر مطابقة المفردة، ويوجد فروق دالّة لأثر التفاعل بين حجم العيّنة وطول الاختبار على قيم مربع مؤشّر مطابقة المفردات في دراسة المحاكاة، وأظهرت نتائج الدّراسة التجريبية أن مقدار التباين في قيم مربع كاي بواسطة معالم المفردة هو 0.04، وان مربع معامل الارتباط المتعدد المعدل 0.02 وان هذه القيمة غير دالّة، وان جميع معالم المفردة لا تسهم في التنبؤ بقيمة مربع كاي كمؤشّر للمطابقة، وتبين أن قيم معالم الارتباط بين مربع كاي ومعالم المفردة، غير دالّة. كما أظهرت نتائج دراسة المحاكاة أن معالم المفردة تفسر 31.34 % من التباين في قيم مؤشّر للمطابقة، وان تلك القيمة دالّة عند مستوى 0.01 وقد أظهرت النتائج الاسهام النسبي لمعالم المفردة في التنبؤ بقيم مربع كاي. وان مَعلَمة التمييز تسهم التنبؤ بقيم مربع كاي، في حين أن مَعلَمة الصّعوبة ومَعلَمة التّخمين غير دالين إحصائياً. This study aimed to determine the effect of the length of the test and the size of the sample on estimating the parameters of the items, and their relationship to the conformity index according to the three-parameter model, where the researcher applied an achievement test for the mathematics research for the ninth grade of the second semester, consisting of three levels (60, 45, 30) single from The type of multiple choice with four alternatives, on three samples of three sizes (300,400,530) students, and the researcher used the two statistical analysis programs SPSS and Bilog-mg to scale the test vocabulary, and the researcher made sure of the accuracy of the results that came out of the experimental part by generating data from It allows him to check the likelihood of repeatedly arriving at the same results. And the researcher, the effect of the length of the test in favor of the long test, and the absence of an effect of the length of the test on the estimation parameter in the experimental study, and there are no differences in the averages of the discrimination parameter, the difficulty parameter and the estimation parameter due to the effect of the lengths of the tests. Simulation. The two studies agreed that the sample size does not affect the parameters of discrimination, difficulty and estimation. The two studies also agreed that the interaction between the sample size and the length of the test did not affect the values of the items’ parameters. The length of the test does not affect the index of conformity of the items, and there are significant differences in the means of the conformity index due to the effect of the sample size in the two studies, in favor of the large sample in the experimental study, and in favor of the small sample in the simulation study. There are no significant differences for the interaction between the sample size and the length of the test on the items matching index values there are significant differences in the effect of the interaction between the sample size and the length of the test on the values of the vocabulary matching index square values in the simulation study. It is 0.04, and the square of the modified correlation coefficient is 0.02, and that this value is non-significant, and that all the item parameters do not contribute to predicting the value of chi-square as an indicator of conformity, and it turns out that the values of the correlation features between chi-square and the item parameters are not significant. The results of the simulation study also showed that the parameters of the items explain 31.34% of the variance in the values of the conformity index, and that this value is indicative at the level of 0.01.
