هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرّف على درجة توفر المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب المدارس بمحافظة رنية، والوقوف على المتطلبات اللازمة لتنميتها، من وجهة نظر قادة المدارس والمعلمين، والكشف عن الفروق الإحصائية في إجابات أفراد العينة التي تعزى لمتغيرات: الوظيفة، والمرحلة التعليمية، وعدد سنوات الخبرة. واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ، وتم تطبيق استبانة على جميع قادة مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي بمحافظة رنية والبالغ عددهم (36) قائدا مدرسيا، وعلى عينة طبقية عشوائية من المعلمين قوامها (121) معلما، في الفصل الدراسى الثاني من العام الدراسي 1438-1439هـ، وقد تم استخدام الاختبارات الإحصائية المناسبة للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة، وأظرت أن توفر المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب المدارس بمحافظة رنية جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن هناك توافقا في تقديرات قادة المدارس والمعلمين تجاه ذلك، وقد جاءت مهارة بناء العلاقات الإنسانية والتعامل مع الآخرين في مقدمة المهارات المتوفرة لدى الطلاب كما يراها أفراد العينة الكلية عموما، بينما جاءت مهارة التخطيط في المرتبة الأخيرة من حيث درجة التوفر، موافقة العينة الكلية من قادة المدارس والمعلمين بدرجة كبيرة على متطلبات تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب المدارس بمحافظة رنية، وأن هناك توافقا في تقديرات قادة المدارس والمعلمين تجاه ذلك ، تمثلت أكبر متطلبات تنمية المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب المدارس بمحافظة رنية فيما يلي: (تفعيل دور الإذاعة المدرسية في تنمية المهارات القيادية للطلاب، وإشراكهم في مواقف تعليمية حقيقية (مثل أعمال المقصف، عريف الصف) تطلب ممارسة مهارات القيادة، وتنظيم المسابقات الثقافية والعلمية التي تشجع الطلاب على القيادة وتحمل المسؤولية، وتشجيع الطلاب على إبداء الرأي وحرية التعبير عند مناقشة الموضوعات والقضايا المختلفة،كما أظهرت الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة من قادة المدارس والمعلمين نحو درجة توفر المهارات القيادية لدى طلاب المدارس بمحافظة رنية، والمتطلبات اللازمة لتنميتها، تعزى لجميع متغيرات الدراسة. The aim of the research was to identify the degree of availability of leadership skills among the students in Rania governorate and to identify the requirements for their development from the point of view of school leaders and teachers and to reveal the significance of the statistical differences in the answers of the sample respondents. The researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to achieve his research objectives. A questionnaire was applied to all the leaders of the general public education schools in Rania governorate (36) as school leaders and to a random sample of 121 teachers in the second semester of the academic year 1438-1439 AH, and the mathematical averages were used to determine the availability of students' leadership skills and the requirements for their development. The t-test and the ANOVA one way were used to detect the significance of the differences between the mean responses of sample respondents due to variables search. The results showed the following: 1) the leadership skills of the students in Rania governorate are medium, and there is consensus among the school leaders and teachers about this. 2) The skill of building human relations and dealing with others in the forefront of the skills available to students as seen by the total sample in general, while the skill of planning ranked last in terms of availability. 3) The approval of the total sample of school leaders and teachers to a large extent on the requirements for the development of leadership skills among school students in the province of Rania, and that there is consensus in the estimates of school leaders and teachers towards it. 4) The main requirements for the development of leadership skills among students in Rania governorate are: (activate the role of school broadcasting in developing students' leadership skills and involve students in real learning situations (such as cafeteria work, master sergeant) which promotes leadership and responsibility, and encourages students to express their opinion and freedom of expression when discussing different issues and issues. 5) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (a = 0.05) between the average responses of the sample of the leaders of schools and teachers towards the degree of leadership skills of students in Rania governorate and the requirements for their development due to different job, educational stage, and practical experience.
