هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الاتجاهات النفسية لطلبة وطالبات كلية الشارقة للعلوم التربوية بجامعة الملك فيصل بتشاد نحو أعضاء هيئة التدريس والكشف عن الفروق في اتجاهاتهم النفسية وعلاقتها بعدد من المتغيرات وهي: متغير النوع (ذكر وأنثى) ومتغير (التخصص العلمي) (تاريخ، وجغرافيا، والتربية وعلم النفس)، في المستوى الدراسي (الثالث والرابع، استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، لوصف وتحليل وتفسير الاتجاهات النفسية للطلبة والطالبات، وقام بتصميم استبانة للتعرف على الاتجاهات النفسية للطلبة والطالبات نحو أعضاء هيئة التدريس وتكونت الاستبانة من (28) بنداً غطت ثلاث مجالات وهي: مدى إسهام عضو هيئة التدريس في توجيه الطلاب وإرشادهم، المادة واستراتيجيات التدريس، والأنشطة اللاصفية، وللتحقق من صدق الأداء عرضت بصورتها الأولية على عدد من المحكمين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في المناهج وطرق التدريس، وعلم النفس التربوي في الجامعات والمعاهد التشادية، وجامعة إفريقيا العالمية بالسودان، وقد نصحوا بتعديل وحذف وإضافة كثير من بنود المقياس الذي أعده الباحث مما كان ذلك الأثر المقدر في تجويد المقياس وإخراجه في صورته النهائية، ويتألف مجتمع البحث الحالي من (1448) طالباً وطالبة يدرسون في أقسام الكلية وهي: التاريخ، والجغرافيا، والتربية وعلم النفس، ومنهم تم اختيار عينة طبقية عشوائية، وبلغ عدد أفرادها (200) طالب وطالبة، بنسبة 70% من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي. This study aimed to identify the psychological attitudes of male and female students of the Sharjah faculty of Educational Sciences at King Faisal University in Chad towards faculty members and to reveal the differences in their psychological attitudes and their relationship among some variables, namely: gender variable (male and female), scientific specialization variable (history, geography, education Psychology, and level of study variable (third level, fourth level). The researcher used the descriptive approach to describe, analyze, and interpret the psychological trends of male and female students of the Sharjah Faculty of Educational Sciences at King Faisal University. The researcher designed a questionnaire to identify the psychological attitudes of male and female students towards the faculty members, where the questionnaire consisted of (28) items and covered three areas, namely: contribution of faculty member to guidance and orientation of lecture strategies, extra-curricular activities. To verify the study in term of correctness and performance, it has been presented in their initial form to a number of reviews from faculty members in curricula and teaching methods, and educational psychology in universities and institutes in Chad, and international university of Africa in Sudan. The reviewers advised to amend, delete, and add many items of the metric prepared by the researcher, which was the estimated effect of improving the metric and the final form. The current research community consists of (1448) students studying in the faculty departments, namely: history, geography, Education and Psychology, and from them a random unified sample was selected, and its number reached (200) students, 70% of the original study community.
