تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى إبراز مدى مساهمة كفاءة المعلم في الكشف عن المتفوقين دراسياً من التلاميذ ودورها في رعايتهم من خلال الاستراتيجيات التي يتبناها في إدارة قسمه، ومن ممارسات وأنشطة تربوية وبيداغوجية، وحتى من خلال ما يقدمه من رعاية نفسية لهؤلاء المتفوقين، الذين هم دائما بحاجة ماسة إلى تطوير لأداءاتهم وتفجير لطاقاتهم، وتنمية لمهاراتهم، بالتشجيع والدعم وإعطاء التعزيز المناسب، الذي يزيد من عزيمتهم، ويدفعهم إلى العمل المستمر والمثابرة، والتحلي بروح المنافسة. فإذا كانت البيئة الصفية غير مشجعة على ذلك وبمعلم لا يدرك دوره المركزي في إدارة صفه، والتي تظهر من خلال طريقة تدريسه وتفاعله الكلاسيكي الروتيني معهم، قد يؤثر تأثيراً سلبياً على نشاطهم التعليمي، وخاصة في المرحلة التعليمية الأولى مرحلة الاستكشاف مرحلة التعليم الابتدائي، وعليه سنحاول إجراء دراسة ميدانية على عينة من أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي بمدينة المسيلة محاولين الكشف عن دور كفاءة المعلم في دعم التلاميذ المتفوقين دراسياً، منطلقين من تساؤل رئيس مفاده: ما مدى مساهمة كفاءة المعلم في رعاية التلاميذ المتفوقين دراسياً في المرحلة الابتدائية؟ (الملخص المنشور)

The current study aims to highlight the extent to which the teacher's competence contributes to revealing the academic excellence of pupils, and its role in caring for them through: 1) management strategies that the teacher adopts in his department. 2) Educational activities and pedagogical practices. 3) Through psychological feedback he provides to these excellent pupils. In fact, these pupils are always in dire need of developing their performances, exploding their energies, and developing their skills, with encouragement, support, and giving appropriate reinforcement that increases their determination and purposefulness, and drives them to continuous work, perseverance, and the spirit of competition. If the classroom environment is not encouraging, and with a teacher who does not realize his central role in managing his class apparently through his method of teaching and his classic routine interaction with his pupils, this may negatively affect their educational process, especially in the primary educational phase, which is the exploratory phase in the primary education level. Therefore, the present paper takes into account a sample of primary education teachers in the city of M'sila in order to analyze the role of the teacher's competence in supporting excellent pupils. It is based on the following question: To what extent does the teacher's competence contribute to the care of excellent pupils at the primary school level? (Published Abstract)
