هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن أهمية دور الإشراف التربوي في التنمية المهنية لمعلمي المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا في المدارس الحكومية في محافظة طولكرم، لهذا الغرض طبقت أداة الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (232) معلما ومعلمة، وأظهرت النتائج أن تقديرات أفراد الدراسة لدور الاشراف التربوي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين كانت بمستوى مرتفع سواء أكان ذلك على الأداة ككل أم على المجالات الفرعية. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في مستوى دور الإشراف التربوي في التنمية المهنية للمعلمين تبعا إلى متغيرات: الجنس والتخصص والمؤهل العلمي وسنوات الخبرة. The study aimed to reveal the importance of the role of educational supervision in the professional development of teachers in the lower basic stage in government schools in Tulkarm governorate, for this purpose the study tool was applied to a sample of (232) teachers, and the results showed that the subjects estimates of the role of educational supervision in development the professionalism of teachers was of a high standard, be it on the tool as a whole or on sub-domains. Results also, showed that no statistically significant differences in the level of the educational supervision role in the professional development of teachers according to the variables: gender, specialization, educational qualification and years of experience.
