تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على واقع جودة الإدارة والتسيير الإداري بجامعة أم البواقي حيث تتحدد مشكلة الدراسة في بحث درجة توافر الجودة الإدارية في جامعة أم البواقي من وجهة نظر الإداريين (عمداء ونوابهم رؤساء الأقسام ونوابهم ) في كليات الدراسة؟ وهل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى دلالة تقديرات أفراد عينة الإداريين في توافر الجودة الإدارية في الجامعة تعزى لمتغيرات الدراسة (الكلية، سنوات الخبرة و الجنس)، من أجل تحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي وقد تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع من يحمل تصنيفا وظيفيا أكاديمي إداري، إداري، والمتمثلين في عمداء الكليات ونوابهم ورؤساء الأقسام و نوابهم في جامعة ام البواقي في كل كلياتها،أما عينة الدراسة فتمثلت في الهيئات الإدارية و البالغ عددهم 35 بين عمداء ونوابهم ورئساء اقسام و نوابهم. لقد تم الاعتماد على مقياس "جودة الإدارة والتسيير الإدارية" من اصدرا، مخبر تطوير نظم الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والثانوي حيث بلغ معامل ثبات الفا كرونباخ 0.936 ومعامل ثبات سبيرمان براون 0.89، كما تم حساب صدق البنود بالاتساق الداخلي و قدرة الاستبيان على التمييز، وقد تم التوصل إلى نتائج مفادها أن متوسط المجموع الكلي لاستجابة كل أفراد العينة في كل كليات الدراسة و المقدر ب ـ147.82 يدل على جودة متوسط للإدارة والتسيير الإداري حسب وجهة نظر الهيئات الإدارية لعينة الدراسة ذلك أن المتوسط العام للمجموع لكلي لاستجابات أعضاء العينة يتموقع ضمن الفئة (110-172)، كما انه لم نجد هناك فروق بين أفراد العينة تعزى إلى الجنس أو الكلية أو الخبرة. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the quality of management and administrative management at the University of Oum El-Baoughi, where the problem of the study is discussed the degree of availability of administrative quality at this university from the point of view of administrators (deans and their deputies heads of departments and their deputies) are there any statistically significant differences in the level of the estimate of the members of the administrative sample in the availability of administrative quality in the university due to the variables of the study (college, years of experience and gender), in order to achieve the objectives of the study? The academic sample is represented by the administrative deans of the colleges, their deputies, the heads of the departments and their deputies at the university in all its faculties. The sample of the study was represented in the administrative bodies of 35 among the deans and their deputies and the heads of their departments and deputies. The quality management and management standard were based on the quality management and management system of the higher and secondary education institutions. The coefficient of alpha-Cronbach stability was 0.936 and the coefficient of Sperman brown's stability was 0.89. The validity of the items was also calculated with internal consistency and the ability of the questionnaire to discriminate. The results showed that the average of the total response of all the sample in all the schools of study estimated at 147.82 indicates the average quality of management and administrative management according to the view of the administrative bodies of the sample of the study.
