هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى معرفة دور كل من التسامح، ونمط العلاقات الإنسانية (إيجابية، سلبية) في التنبؤ بالصحة النفسية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوي، على عينة بلغت (124) أستاذ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) توجد علاقة بين التسامح (الذات، والأخر) والصحة النفسية. 2) توجد علاقة بين نمط العلاقات الإنسانية (النمط الإيجابي) والصحة النفسية، ولا توجد بين نمط السلبي والصحة النفسية. 3) يسهم التسامح وببعديه بالتنبؤ بالصحة النفسية. 4) نمط العلاقات الإنسانية (إيجابية أو سلبية) سهم في التنبؤ بالصحة النفسية. The study aims to identifying the role of tolerance and the pattern of human relations (positive and negative) in predicting the mental health of teachers of secondary education on a sample of (124) professors. The study reached the following results: 1) there is a relationship between tolerance (self, and other) and mental health. 2) There is a relationship between the pattern of human relations (positive pattern) and mental health, and there is no negative pattern between mental health. 3) Tolerance and others contribute to predicting mental health. 4) The pattern of human relations (positive or negative) shares in predicting mental health.
