هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على مستوى التفكير الميتا معرفى لدى الطلبة الجامعين في ضوء مغير التخصص، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطبيق مقياس التفكير الميتا معرفي لشروا ودنيس Schraw and Dennison.1994على عينة من الطلبة قدرها 100 طالب وطالبة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: 1) وجود مستوى متوسط من التفكير الميتا معرفي عند عينة البحث. 2) لا يوجد اختلاف في مستوى التفكير الميتا معرفي يعزى لمتغير النس. The study aimed to identify the level of meta-thinking known to university students in the light of the specialization variable and to achieve the objectives of the study was applied to the measurement of the cognitive thinking of the Schraw and Dennison.1994 on a sample of students of 100 students. The study found the following results: 1) the existence of an average level of meta-cognitive thinking among students. 2) There is no difference in the level of meta-cognitive thinking attributed to the variable of sex.
