هدف البحث إلى معرفة أثر استخدام أفلام توعوية بطريقة الآنيميشن (Animation) مكونة من مواد تعليمية توظف أهمية رعاية الموهوبين سعياً لتطوير اتجاهات المعلمين والإداريين التربويين نحو رعاية الموهوبين في دولة الكويت. واستخدم البحث المنهج شبه التجريبي القائم على تصميم المجموعة الضابطة التجريبية مع اختبار قبلي بعدي، وتألفت عينة البحث من (64) معلماَ وإدارياَ تربوياً من مراكز إدارة السراج المنير التابعة لوزارة الأوقاف والشؤون الإسلامية، ومقسمين إلى مجموعتين ضابطة وتجريبية بواقع (32) لكل مجموعة، وتم استخدام مقياس الاتجاهات نحو الموهبة من إعداد الباحث كأداة تطبيق قبلي وبعدي على أفراد العينة، وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية. أشارت النتائج إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عن مستوى الدلالة (α=0.05) بين متوسط درجات المجموعتين الضابطة والتجريبية في القياس البعدي لمقياس الاتجاهات نحو الموهبة لصالح المجموعة التجريبية، كما تبين أن هناك فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي درجات المجموعة التجريبية في القياس القبلي والبعدي في كل الأبعاد باستثناء تعريف الموهوب وخصائص الموهوبين، أما بالنسبة للمتغيرات الديموغرافية فلم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية إلا في متغير النوع الاجتماعي لصالح الإناث. The aim of the research is to find out the effect of using animated educational films made of educational materials that employ the importance of caring for the gifted in an effort to develop the attitudes of teachers and educational administrators towards nurturing gifted in the State of Kuwait. The research used the semi-experimental approach based on designing the experimental control group with a pre-post test, and the research sample consisted of (64) educators and educational administrators from the Al-Sarraj Al-Munir Administration centers affiliated to the Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs, and they were divided into two control and experimental groups of (32) for each group. The use of the attitudes toward giftedness scale prepared by the researcher as a pre- and post-application tool on the sample members. After statistical treatment, the results indicated that there were statistically significant differences on the level of significance (α=0.05) between the mean scores of the control and experimental groups in the post-measurement of the attitudes toward talent scale in favor of the experimental group, and it was also found that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in Pre and post measurement in all dimensions except for the definition of gifted and talented characteristics. As for demographic variables, there were no statistically significant differences except in the gender variable in favor of females. (Published Abstract)
