The research aims to identify the effect of the cooperative teaching strategy to increase motivation to learn the students of the second year of middle school education, and in the light of the objectives of the research were formulating hypotheses as follows: 1) there are differences between the mean scores of students in the tribal measurement and the post measurement of the level of motivation for learning in favor of the post measurement. 2) There are differences between the mean scores of males and females in the level of motivation to learn in tribal measurement. To achieve the research hypotheses and answer questions and to achieve its objectives, the researcher used the experimental approach similarities and the pre and post application for the same individuals and have included research sample (88) and female pupils the level of the second year of middle school. The data collection tools adopted is to test the motivation to learn and the results of academic achievement. To analyze the results statistically we use the test "T" to set alike to measure the differences between the measurements and tribal the post measurement of test motivation for learning: 1) there are significant differences at the level of function (0.05) between the mean scores of students in the tribal measurement and dimensional measurement of the level of motivation for learning in favor of the post measurement. 2) There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of males and females in the level of motivation to learn in the tribal measurement in the light of these results we presented a set of recommendations and suggestions to leave the field open to the researcher for further research and studies related to the empty search variables.
