The problem with current research in the traditional methods used in our schools now since some of Ataatlam with the scientific development of contemporary, so it is through the experience of the researchers modest in teaching and to exchange views with colleagues and parents that the students of the second row middle complain of the difficulty of getting biological information infrastructure, and lack of motivation article to learn biology. Prompting the researcher to contribute to resolving a number of difficulties experienced by students in this grade and that was through the adoption of model-based formation in the light of cognitive theories of learning, which may lead to higher level of academic achievement and increase motivation to learn the substance of biology. Was therefore to identify the research problem in the following question: How effective is the formation model in the collection of second-graders medium and motivation to learn biology article? The goal of current research to find out the effectiveness of the formation model in the collection of second-graders average and motivation to learn the material Biology. For the purpose of verification of the objective of this research was the formulation of hypotheses Elsafreeten following two: 1) There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying the formation according to the model and the average degree of the control group students who are studying in the usual way in the achievement test in the subject of biology. 2) There is no difference statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students who are studying the formation according to the model and the average degree of the control group students who are studying in the usual way, according to the measure of motivation to learn the substance of biology. 3) To validate these hypotheses, the researcher took the experience of classrooms full, as was the adoption of the following procedures: Experimental method was chosen with equal groups Dhi post test collectable, and motivation to learn the material Biology. Applied research on second-graders average in one school day of the Directorate for Educational Dhi Qar, as the sample was chosen Qsidia of medium-Duha for boys, divided into two divisions seminars, selected by appointment of random Division. After that, the number of achievement test knowledge in the subject of biology component of (40) paragraph of the type of multiple choice and according to the map test (table of specifications). Search experience has been applied in the second semester of the academic year (2009-2010) On Monday, 2/22/2010 and ended on Thursday, 06.05.2010, as a full-day classrooms. Applied measure of motivation for learning biology a priori for the purpose of parity between the two sets of research and knowledge of their existing sets of motivation to learn before the start of the experiment, and then applied to the experiment and after the dish achievement test for students of experimental and control groups together, and then applied to measure motivation to learn the substance of biology. Correct answers to students and have been processed statistically using the test (T-test) for independent samples of unequal high was reached the following results: 1) There is a difference statistically significant and the level of (0.05) for the experimental group, as more than students of the experimental group who studied the adoption of the model formation to students the control group who have studied according to the standard way (without the adoption of model formation) in academic achievement, and thus rejected null hypothesis first to search. 2) There is a difference statistically significant and the level of (0.05) for the experimental group, as more than students of the experimental group who studied the adoption of the model formation to students the control group who have studied according to the standard way (without the adoption of model formation) in the motivation to learn the material on biology, this has been denied the second null hypothesis for research.
