تبحث هذه الدراسة في الدور الذي يلعبه موقع فيسبوك في طرح قضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال تطبيق أداة البحث المتمثلة في استمارة الاستبيان على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من مجتمع البحث الأصلي وهو طلبة جامعة قسنطينة 3، وفق خطوات المنهج الوصفي، حيث تهدف الدراسة لتعرف على عادات وأنماط استخدام أفراد العينة لموقع فيسبوك، وكذا دور هذا الأخير في التعريف بفئة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وقضاياهم الاجتماعية والصحية والتربوية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج اهمها أن موقع فيسبوك يساهم في طرح عدد من المشكلات الاجتماعية والصحية والتربوية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة كما يقدم الموقع نظرة تتراوح بين السلبية الإيجابية عن هذه الفئة،كما يبرز مواهبهم ومساهماتهم الاجتماعية. This study examines the role that Facebook plays in raising issues of people with special needs in Algeria. This is done by applying the search tool represented in the questionnaire form to a simple random sample from the original research community, students of the University of Constantine 3. According to the steps of the descriptive approach where the study aims to identify the habits and types of the respondents' use of Facebook. As well as his role in introducing people with special needs and their social, health and educational issues. The study reached these results Facebook contributes to a range of social; health and educational issues of people with special needs, and this site presents both positive and negative images about them, also Facebook offers their social sharing.
