هدفت الدراسة التعرف على دور تکنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية مهارات التعلم لذوي الاحتياجاات الخاصة ومن ومن هنا يأتي الاهتمام بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لتکنولوجيا المعلومات والسير في خطين متوازيين عند وضع وتطبيق نظام معلومات وتکمن أهميته ليس في عملية التعليم فقط، لانه عصب التطوير حيث يتم متابعة أداء الطالب وتحسين قدراته التعليمية وتکنولوجيا المعلومات تسهل العملية التعلمية من خلال الرصد والمتابعة وتعطي الطالب القدره على إنجاز المهام ولذا رأي الباحثان أن يسلطا الضوء على هذا الموضع من خلال البحث العلمي وإثراء المکتبة العلمية بمثل هذاالبحث بمنهج استنباطي. توصلت الدراسة إلى حل مشاکل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة في الدول النامية خاصة والدول العربية عامة برعاية الدولة لبناء نظام الإلکتروني. The study aimed to identify the role of information technology in developing educational skills for people with special needs. Hence the interest in people with special needs for information technology and walking in two parallel lines when developing and implementing an information system and its importance lies not only in the education process, because it is the backbone of development where the performance of the student is monitored and his educational capabilities improved and information technology facilitates the learning process through monitoring and follow-up and gives the student the ability to the completion of the tasks, and therefore the researchers decided to shed light on this topic through scientific research and enriching the scientific library with such research with an inductive approach The study found a solution to the problems of people with special needs in developing countries in particular and Arab countries in general, under the state’s sponsorship to build an electronic system.
