تعد التكنولوجيات الرقمية من بين الآليات حديثة النشأة والتي تعمل على تطوير بنى المؤسسات على مختلف أصنافه نحو التقدم والسرعة في العمل الذي تقوم به، فمن بين المؤسسات التي سعت إلى إدخال هذه التكنولوجيا نجد مؤسسات التكفل بذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والتي تهدف إلى استثمار هذه التكنولوجيا في زيادة سرعة التعليم لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، من خلال التغلب على المشكلات التي تعاني منها هذه الفئة،حيث سعت هذه الدراسة إلى البحث في العلاقة التي تربط التكنولوجيا الرقمية ونخص بذكر هنا تكنولوجيا المستخدمة في التعليم بفعالية المؤسسات المتكفلة بتعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، حيث خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن التكنولوجيا الرقمية وخاصة منها تكنولوجيا التعليم تساهم في بلوغ فعالية مؤسسات تعليم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة إلى حدا ما. Digital technologies are among the newly established mechanisms that work to develop institutions' structures of all kinds towards progress and speed in the work they do. Education for people with special needs, by overcoming the problems that this group suffers from, as this study sought to investigate the relationship between digital technology, and we specifically mention here technology used in education with the effectiveness of institutions responsible for educating people with special needs. The results of the study concluded that digital technology, especially educational technology, contributes to the effectiveness of educational institutions for people with special needs to some extent.
