تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع التربية الرقمية الذكية في البرامج التأهيلية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة من وجهة نظر المعلمين في أحد مراكز تأهيل المكفوفين بمدينة بسكرة، وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي لوصف واقع التربية الرقمية الذكية في البرامج التأهيلية لهذه الفئة والتعرف على أهم المعوقات التي تقف حجرة عثرة أمام تطبيق التقنيات الحديثة لتعليم وتأهيل هذه الفئة. وقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة على عدم توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في تعليم وتأهيل فئة المكفوفين والإكتفاء بالطرق والأساليب التقليدية، وهذا ما يشير إلى عدم اهتمام المسئولين بهذه الفئة وباستجلاب مثل هذه التكنولوجيا من أجل دمجهم في عصر التقنية خاصة وان العالم اليوم يشهد تطور غير مسبوق في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات، وفي العديد من المجالات والمؤسسات، منها المراكز التأهيلية لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة هذه الفئة التي تحتاج إلى جهد كبير لكي تتمكن تطوير مهاراتهم واندماج في المجتمع. This study aims to identify the reality of smart digital education in rehabilitation programs for people with special needs from the point of view of teachers in one of the blind rehabilitation centers in Biskra, and the descriptive approach was used to describe the reality of smart digital education in rehabilitation programs for this category and to identify the most important obstacles that stand in a room A stumbling block in the way of applying modern technologies to educate and qualify this group, and the results of this study resulted in not employing modern technologies in teaching and qualifying the blind category and being satisfied with traditional methods and methods.
