The study aimed to visualize a proposal for the development of Egyptian kindergarten institutions in light of the experiences of some countries, and used the study descriptive method, and presented what the conceptual framework of kindergarten institutions, then addressed the most prominent laws and legislation for kindergarten institutions in Egypt. The study presented the features of some foreign experiences related to kindergarten institutions, limited to the experiences of the United States of America, Germany and Japan in terms of laws and regulations governing kindergartens in these countries and the nature of their study and daily program, as well as kindergarten buildings and annexes in these countries. Finally, the study presented the proposed vision for the development of Egyptian kindergartens institutions, and dealt with the objectives and perspectives of the concept, and then the themes of the vision, which were as follows: Requirements for the development of the learning environment, criteria for determining the objectives of kindergartens institutions in the light of the proposed concept , Proposals for the acceptance of children in kindergartens institutions according to the proposed concept, specifications for the buildings of kindergartens institutions according to the proposed concept, organizing the educational environment in kindergarten hall according to the proposed concept, the required equipment for kindergartens in the light of the proposed concept, methods Education institutions kindergarten: Calendar system institutions kindergartens according to the proposed scenario, the kindergarten teacher in the light of the proposed concept, the development of kindergarten children's institutions in accordance with the proposed management scenario, then the study showed visualization application requirements, and concluded with some future proposals.
