This research deals with the attitudes of students of the Basic Education College in the State of Kuwait towards the phenomenon of terrorism, based on a field study on a sample of college students who were chosen in a proportional stratified manner according to some variables, in addition to formulating an pedagogical strategy that allows the elimination of terrorism, and the research consists of four main axes, The first: The basic features of the research, The second: Theoretical framework of the research, The third: All methodological procedures that meet the methodological requirements for pedagogical research, The fourth: The results of the study and the proposed pedagogical strategy, in light of the data provided according to the research variables, it was reached: 1) There are statistically significant differences 0.05 between the students of the Basic Education College directions towards the phenomenon of terrorism according to the age group in favor of the two categories between 23-25 years and over 26 years, and by gender for the benefit of males, and according to the scientific specialization in favor of human departments, and according to the academic level in favor of students of the third and fourth grades, as well as according to the educational level of the father in favor of students whose parents have a master's and doctorate. 2) There were no statistically significant differences 0.05 between the students of the Basic Education College directions towards the phenomenon of terrorism compared to the four axes according to the educational level of the mother and according to the average monthly income of the family compared to the causes and appearances, in exchange to the presence of statistically significant differences 0.05 compared to the negative effects and proposed solutions in favor of the highest income. Based on these results and careful educational reading in according to internal and external environmental factors, a pedagogical strategy has been formulated that includes four goals each of which has its conditions, requirements, mechanisms of implementation and the bodies responsible for implementation.
