The research aimed to identify the efforts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from strategies and programs to confront the problem of school bullying in the light of the forces and factors affecting it. To achieve this objective, and based on the nature of the comparative research, the researcher used the comparative approach with his descriptive-analytical approach, and which was gradating starting with a description of the reality of the problem of school bullying in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the forces and factors affecting it, then a review of efforts from programs and strategies prepared by the Kingdom. The research has reached a set of results, the most important: 1) The importance of confronting the problem of school bullying; as it is a serious problem spread throughout the world with significant negative impacts that contribute to a major role in impeding the progress and overall development of society. 2) And the problem of school bullying in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has spread relatively high percentage at the global level in light of the forces and factors affecting it, and the Kingdom recently tried to confront the problem of school bullying and thwart it, but it needs to adopt and develop strategies and programs to confront the problem and reduce it.
