هدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على جودة مخرجات التعلم للطالبات الخريجات من كلية التربية بجامعة حائل من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وبعض أرباب العمل، بغية التعرف على جوانب القوة والضعف في برامج الكلية لعمل بعض التوصيات التحسينية بتلك البرامج، وللتحقق من هذا الهدف استخدمت الباحثة مقياس جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي من إعداد (الظالمي، 2015) (alzalmi, 2015) بعد عرضه على المحكمين، اشتمل المقياس على 35 فقرة مقسمة على (7) أبعاد، وللوصول إلى نتائج البحث استخدمت الباحثة برنامج التحليل الإحصائي (spss). توصلت النتائج إلى: تتميز وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس وأرباب العمل لجودة مخرجات التعليم العالي للطالبات الخريجات بجامعة حائل بالإيجابية، توجد فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في جودة التعليم العالي للطالبات الخريجات من كلية التربية جامعة حائل من وجهة نظر (أعضاء هيئة التدريس) وأرباب العمل (المستفيد- سوق العمل) تعزى لمتغير نوع الوظيفة، توجد فروق في وجهات النظر لأعضاء هيئة التدريس وارباب العمل تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، وضعت بعض التوصيات والمقترحات البحثية المستقبلية بناء على تلك النتائج. The aim of this research is to identify the quality of learning outcomes of female graduates of Faculty of Education, University of Hail from the viewpoint of faculty members and some employers, to identify the strengths and weaknesses in the programs of the college to make some recommendations to improve those programs. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses Al-Dhalimi (2015) quality scale of higher education outputs. The scale includes 35 paragraphs divided into (7) dimensions, and to reach the results of the research, the researcher uses statistical analysis program (SPSS). The present research results in: The view of faculty members and employers is distinguished as being positive towards the quality of higher education outputs of graduate students at the University of Hail. There are differences with statistical indications in the quality of higher education for female graduates from the Faculty of Education, University of Hail from the point of view faculty members and employers attributed to the variable of job. There are differences in views of faculty members and employers attributed to the variable of years of experience. The research presented some recommendations and future suggestions based on the previously mentioned results (Published abstract)
