The aim of the study was to construct a proposed educational program to develop some technical skills related to the blacksmith department among the students of vocational schools in the governorates of Gaza and to recognize its effectiveness. The sample of the study consisted of two experimental groups (17) of whom are students of the blacksmithing department of the vocational training center of the Ministry of Social Development in North Gaza Governorate. The sample group is 19 students who are students of the blacksmithing department at the vocational training center of the Ministry of Social Development Central Governorate during the academic year (2016 - 2017). To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the experimental method. The researcher used the following tools to collect data on the study: pre-test in the skills of blacksmithing, the final grade (40), the performance note card to confirm the application of the program, and the training program both theoretical and practical. The current study most important results are the following: There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the experimental group and the mean of the students from the control group after the test of welding skills. The value of (6.023) was the difference in favor of the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the experimental group on the tribal and remote measurements to test the welding skills. The calculated value (T) was (22.95). The differences were in favor of the telemetry. On efficiency (0.942) demonstrating the high effectiveness of the program. There were statistically significant differences in the level of (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the experimental group and the average of the students in the control group on the post-measurement of the welding skills note. The value of (18.64) was the difference in favor of the experimental group. There were statistically significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the mean of the experimental group on the tribal and remote measurements of the welding skills note. The calculated value of (26.72) was the difference in favor of the telemetry. (0.957) demonstrating the high efficiency of the program. In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: 1) The necessity of employing the proposed program in teaching students the different materials, because they have an effect on the development of vocational training skills in welding skills. 2) Teachers should use modern methods and strategies in teaching. 3) Pay attention to specialized cadres in the professional field and integrate them into the educational process. 4) Providing a suitable environment and securing all requirements, especially modern technology. 5) Provide clear and complete curricula for all disciplines and vocational training courses so that students can excel and innovate.
