Education mostly depends on pedagogical evaluation and their standard tools, because it is like a mirror that reflect the realities of the situation without sympathize or accommodation. From this point, this research with title: the standard and the evaluation in the field of education comes to show how much doing standard operation is important through the presentation of data and information. The research aims to explain first of all the active role of the standard operation and the evaluation in the field of education and this can be through displaying the sides and the basic elements from wish all the pedagogical activities that concern the teacher and the student would be build. The follower of the several effects of evaluation will find that it holds much useful information to the people of educational planning. So the results or the outputs with all theirs different phases that the standard operations can reach and the evaluation with its different modes can be useful now or latter to know the level or the degree. So the planning of any futurism project in the field of education depends on discovering the actual pedagogical and educational problems and how to treat them with surety ways and modern successful instruments. Also the evaluation provides signals and realities that refer on them the professionals of education and setup from them the educational policy for the applied pedagogical system. (Published Abstract)
