يرمي البحث الحالي إلى تعرف (فاعلية استراتيجية التلخيص المبنية على القواعد في تنمية الأداء الإملائي عند تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي)، وتم تحديد مجتمع البحث من المدارس الابتدائية التابعة لمديرية تربية بغداد / الرصافة الثالثة للعام الدراسي (2018-2019م). واتبع الباحث المنهج التجريبي الملائم في بحثه، وتم اختيار عينة البحث قصدياً من مدرسة (الوائلي الابتدائية للبنين)؛ إذ بلغ عدد افراد العينة (75) تلميذا بواقع (38) للمجموعة التجريبية، و(37) للمجموعة الضابطة، ومن ثم تحديد المادة الدراسية التي شملت موضوعات من مادة القراءة العربية المقرر تدريسها لتلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي، اعد الباحث خططا تدريسية لموضوعات التجربة، وأهدافا سلوكية، واختبارا بعديا، وعولجت نتائج الاختبارات إحصائيا باستخدام عدد من الوسائل الإحصائية إذ أظهرت نتائج البحث تفوق تلاميذ المجموعة التجريبية التي درست على وفق استراتيجية التلخيص المبنية على القواعد على المجموعة الضابطة التي درست وفق الطريقة التقليدية في الأداء الإملائي، وفي ضوء ذلك وضع الباحث جملة من التوصيات كما أقترح إجراء دراسات لاحقة استكمالا للبحث. The current research aims to know (the effectiveness of the rule-based summary strategy in developing the spelling performance of fifth-grade primary students), and the research community was identified from the primary schools of the Baghdad Education Directorate / the third Rusafa for the academic year (2018-2019). The researcher followed the appropriate experimental approach in his research, and the research sample was intentionally chosen from (Al-Waeli Primary Boys School); As the number of individuals in the sample reached (75) pupils by (38) for the experimental group, and (37) for the control group, and then defining the study subject that included topics from the Arabic reading subject to be taught to fifth grade primary students, the researcher prepared teaching plans for the subjects of the experiment, and goals Behavioral, and dimensional testing, and the results of the tests were statistically treated using a number of statistical means where the results of the research showed the superiority of the experimental group students who studied according to the summary strategy based on the rules over the control group that was studied according to the traditional method of spelling performance, and in light of this the researcher put a set of Recommendations I also suggest conducting subsequent studies to complement the research.
