It was found through the exploratory study that there is a weakness in the capabilities of the students of the Department of Art Education to write a theatrical text in the light of a clear plan and technology, which encouraged the researcher to think about the necessity of adopting scientific mechanisms to write a theatrical text through employing a cooperative learning strategy, and the research structure contained four The chapters, the first chapter of which included the methodological framework, and the second chapter was devoted to the theoretical framework, which included three topics, the first was dedicated to cooperative learning, the second for the elements of building the theatrical text, and the third dealt with the stages of writing the theatrical text. The third chapter deals with research methodology and procedures, while the fourth and final chapter is devoted to the findings, conclusions, recommendations and proposals. (Published abstract)
