هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقييم اداء اعضاء هيئة تدريس الدراسات العليا في كليتي التربية للعلوم (الإنسانية – والصرفة) من وجهة نظر الطلبة. وتكونت عينة البحث من (120) طالبا وطالبة من طلبة الدراسات العليا من مجموع المجتمع الأصلي البالغ (343) طالبا وطالبة ولتحقيق هدف البحث تم إعداد استبانة حيث تكونت من (68) فقرة موزعة على أربع محاور وتوصلت نتائج البحث إلى أن درجة تقييم طلبة الدراسات العليا لأعضاء هيئة التدريس كانت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع محاور الأداة من حيث الوسط المرجح حصل محور الشخصية والعلاقات الإنسانية على المرتبة الأولى وحصل محور الأنشطة وأساليب التقويم على المرتبة الثانية وحصل محور التمكن العلمي والمهني على المرتبة الثالثة وحصل محور التخطيط وتنفيّذ المحاضرة على المرتبة الرابعة. The present research aims at evaluating post-graduate study teaching staff in the colleges of education for human sciences and pure science from the point of view of the students. The research sample consists of 120 postgraduate students out of whole community 323. To achieve the goal of the research, a questionnaire with 68 items was prepared and divided into four fields. The result of the research showed that the degree given to the postgraduate study teaching staff member was average at all fields of the tool in terms of the weighted average, where personality and human relations gained rank one, activities and assessment methods came second, scientific and professional ability came third, whereas planning and lecture delivery came fourth.
