هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسي لمهامهم الفنية من وجهة نظر المعلمين والمشرفين التربويين بمحلية الرصيرص. اتبع الباحثان المنهج الوصفي، وشمل مجتمع الدراسة (400) معلم ومعلمة و30 مشرفا ومشرفة. اختار الباحثان عينة عشوائية بسيطة بلغت (100) معلم ومعلمة و15 مشرفا ومشرفة. ولجمع البيانات استخدم الباحثان أداتي الاستبانة والمقابلة. ولتحليل البيانات استخدم الباحثان برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS. وتوصل الباحثان إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: أن درجة ممارسة المديرين للمهام الفنية المتعلقة بالارتقاء المهني للمعلمين جاءت بدرجة ممارسة قليلة، وأن درجة ممارسة المديرين للمهام المتعلقة بتوطيد العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي جاءت بدرجة ممارسة ضعيفة، وأن درجة ممارسة المديرين للمهام المتعلقة برعاية التلاميذ وتنفيذ المنهج جاءت بدرجة ممارسة قليلة، وأن درجة إدراكهم وجود المشكلات التي تعوق فاعلية العمل الفني جاءت بدرجة كبيرة. وفي ضوء تلك النتائج أوصى الباحثان بضرورة تدريب وتأهيل المعلمين، العمل على توطيد العلاقة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي في مناطق الولاية الريفية، العمل على معالجة المشكلات التي تعوق فاعلية العمل الفني. كما إقترح الباحثان إجراء دراسات مماثلة في بقية المحليات الأخرى. The study aims to explore the degree of practicing the technical tasks by schools principals at basic education schools; as perceived by teachers and education supervisors in Alroseiris locality. The researchers used the descriptive analytical method. The study population comprised 400 male and female teachers and 30 male and female supervisors. The researchers selected a random sample of 100 male and female teachers and 15 male and female supervisors. For data collection, the researchers used questionnaires and interviews. For data analysis, they used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences. Findings showed that: The degree of practicing the technical tasks by the principals concerning teachers professional upgrading is weak. The degree of practicing the technical tasks by the principals concerning boosting the relationship between school and local community is weak too. The degree of practicing the technical tasks by the principals concerning providing edu-care of pupils and implementing the curriculum is weak. The degree of having problems that hinder technical work is great. The researchers recommended that it is necessary to train teachers for such duties, and provide for a sustained relationship between school and local communities, as well as, finding solutions for the problems that obstruct the effectiveness of the technical work. The researchers also suggested conducting similar studies in the other localities. (Published abstract)
