تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لتنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض، والتعرف على درجة الاختلاف في استجابة أفراد عينة الدراسة من حيث (المؤهل العلمي، نوع التأهيل، الخبرة) حول درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لأساليب تنمية قيم المواطنة بأبعادها الثلاثة (البعد المعرفي - البعد المهاري - البعد الوجداني) لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية من وجهة نظر معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وكانت أداة الدراسة هي الاستبانة، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (356) معلمة من معلمات المرحلة الثانوية في مدارس التعليم العام الحكومي في مدينة الرياض. وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لأساليب تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض جاءت بدرجة متوسطة؛ حيث يأتي البٌعد الوجداني بالمرتبة الأولى، يليه البٌعد المعرفي، وفي الأخير يأتي البٌعد المهاري كأقل أساليب قيمة من قيم المواطنة التي تقوم القيادة المدرسية بتنميتها لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض. لا توجد هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد الدراسة حول درجة ممارسة القيادة المدرسية لأساليب تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى طالبات المرحلة الثانوية في مدينة الرياض باختلاف متغير (المؤهل العلمي، التأهيل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة). وأوصت الدراسة بتكثيف الدورات التدريبية وورش العمل لقائدات المدارس الثانوية بمدينة الرياض فيما يتعلق بأساليب تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطالبات، ضرورة التحفيز المادي والمعنوي لقائدات المدارس ممن يمارسن أساليب تنمية قيم المواطنة لدى الطالبات، وذلك لتحفيزهن على الاستمرار في تنمية تلك القيم لدى الطالبات. تبادل الزيارات بين قائدات المدارس للتعرف على طرق تنمية المواطنة لدى الطالبات، وكيفية تنميتها. The study aims to recognize the degree at which school leaders develop citizenship values among secondary school female students in Riyadh. It also aims to recognize the extent of difference in the study participants' responses in terms of (academic qualification, type of qualification, the emotional dimension) to the degree at which the school leaders develop citizenship values with their three dimensions (cognitive, skill, emotional dimensions) among secondary school female students, from the point of view of female teachers of Riyadh secondary schools. In order to achieve the study goals, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach; she also used the questionnaire as a study tool. The study sample consists of (356) female teachers of secondary governmental schools in Riyadh. The study results: 1- the degree at which school leaders develop citizenship values among secondary school female students in Riyadh ranked fair where the emotional dimension came first, followed by the cognitive one, the skill dimension came last as the least techniques used by the school leaders to develop the citizenship values among secondary school female students in Riyadh. 2- There are no statistically significant differences between the means of the participants' responses on the degree at which school leaders develop citizenship values among secondary school female students in Riyadh as per difference in variables of (Academic qualification- qualification type - years of experience). The study recommendations: 1) Holding training courses and workshops to female school leaders to train them on how to develop citizenship values among students as the level of their practice was just fair, 2) Motivating those who develop citizenship values among students financially and emotionally to encourage them continue in their practice, 3) Exchanging visits between school leaders to recognize ways of developing citizenship values among students and how to enhance these values.
