هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على المعوقات التي تواجه الدراسات المستقبلية في مجال التربية، من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بقسم التربية بكلية الدعوة وأصول الدين بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة، ومدى اختلاف تلك المعوقات باختلاف متغيري: المرحلة (الماجستير، الدكتوراه)، التخصص (تربية إسلامية، إدارة، مناهج)، واقتراح حلولا لتلك المعوقات في ضوء ما تسفر عنه الدراسة من نتائج. واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لمعالجة موضوعها، مستعينةً باستبانة في الجانب الميداني منها، طبقت على عينة قوامها (117) طالبا من طلاب الدراسات العليا بقسم التربية بكلية الدعوة وأصول الدين بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة. وتوصلت الدراسة في نتائجها إلى: وجود معوقات للدراسات المستقبلية من وجهة نظر طلاب الدراسات العليا بقسم التربية بدرجة كبيرة، وجاءت المعوقات المرتبطة بالبحث في مقدمة المعوقات، يليها المعوقات المرتبطة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وأخيراً المعوقات المرتبطة بطالب الدراسات العليا. وتمثلت أكبر المعوقات المرتبطة بالطالب في ضعف إجادة اللغة الانجليزية، بينما المرتبطة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس في قلة وجود مقررات دراسية بالمرحلة الجامعية والدراسات العليا مخصصة للدراسات المستقبلية، والمرتبطة بالبحث في ضعف تمويل المؤسسات المانحة للبحوث المستقبلية التي تتطلب وقتاً وجهداً. كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود فروق بين طلاب الدراسات العليا في معوقات الدراسات المستقبلية في مجال التربية المرتبطة بأعضاء هيئة التدريس، وكانت الفروق في صالح طلاب الدكتوراه، بينما لم توجد فروق بين طلاب الدراسات العليا تعزى لاختلاف التخصص العلمي. كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من الحلول للتغلب على تلك المعوقات واقترحت عددا من الدراسات المكملة لها في المجال. This research aimed at identifying the obstacles facing future studies in the field of education, from the point of view of postgraduate students in the Department of Education in the Faculty of Da'wah and the foundations of religion at the Islamic University in Madinah, and the extent of differences obstacles depending on the variables: Stage (master- doctorate), Specialization (Islamic education- Management- curriculum), and to propose solutions to these obstacles in light of the results of the research. The research utilized the descriptive approach to address its subject, using a questionnaire on the field side, applied to a sample of (117) postgraduate students in the Department of Education, Faculty of Da'wa and the foundations of religion at the Islamic University in Madinah. The research indicated that obstacles which facing future studies from the point of view of postgraduate students in the Department of Education got a high score, and the obstacles associated with research got the higher score between the other obstacles, followed by obstacles associated with faculty members’ staff, and finally the obstacles associated with the postgraduate student. The greatest obstacles associated with the student were the weakness of English proficiency, while the obstacles associated with faculty members presented in the lack of undergraduate and postgraduate courses are dedicated to future studies, and the obstacles associated with research on the poor funding of institutions that provide future studies that require time and effort. The research also indicated that there are differences between postgraduate students in the obstacles of future studies in the field of education related to faculty members; The differences were in favor of Ph.D. students, while there were no differences between postgraduate students attribute to different scientific specialization. The research also presented a number of solutions to overcome these obstacles and suggested a number of complementary studies in this field. (Published abstract)
