The present study aimed to understand mobile learning applications impact, on Values, Social identity, and the Attitude towards English language, as well as to identify the Mediation variables through two Structural models using Smart PLS program. On a sample of 131 students of the Faculty of Education, Researchers suggest those two variables: "Mobile learning" and "Attitude towards English language" represent modernity and openness to the world culture, and also suggest that variables of "Values," and "Social identity" represent fundamentals of Arab personality. The study tried by addressing these variables to understand the fundamentals of Arab personality influenced by personal modernity and openness to the world culture. The results indicated that there is an effect of Mobile learning applications on the values and sub-values except two values Hedonism, and Power, as well as there is an effect of Mobile learning applications on only one of the social identity dimensions "Membership", as an impact of Mobile learning on Attitude towards English language. And it found a significant effect to Values on social identity and Attitude towards English language. The results indicated that there is a partial mediation to values in relationship between Mobile learning applications, and Attitude towards English language, and a partial mediation to Social identity in relationship between Mobile learning applications and Attitude towards English language The study recommends conduct research on other samples in order to verify the stability of models, and monitor the impact of modernity on fundamentals of Arab personality.
