The current research aims to identify “Primary school teachers' attitudes towards private schools in Governorate of Diyala” in Baqubah District Center - Eastern Region. Also, to identify the existence of attitudes in the research sample. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (22 attitudes). The tool was applied to a sample of (78 male and female teachers) in schools in Baqubah District - Eastern region in Governorate of Diyala. It has been found that there is a clear desire and attitudes in the research sample (male-female) to work in Private schools to get a second job to increase their economic. The researcher recommends the following: 1) Teachers must adhere to the assigned hours in public schools and follow them periodically. 2) Motivate teachers by supporting them with material and moral matters. The researchers suggests the following: 1) Conducting a study on the attitudes of Primary school teachers in the Directorates of education in the center and south. 2) Conducting a study on the attitudes of primary school teachers from the view point of educational supervisors.
