The study aimed to get acquainted with the reality of school leaders practicing leadership with values in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision from the viewpoint of primary school teachers. The researcher used the descriptive survey method in this study, where a questionnaire was prepared to measure the reality of school leaders practicing leadership with values in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision from the point of view of primary school teachers, consisting of (64) words. The current study population consisted of all primary school teachers in government schools in the north of the city of Riyadh, where the researcher used a random sample method, and the total study sample reached (127) individuals. The study concluded that the response of primary school teachers about the reality of primary school leaders practicing leadership with values in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision, came with an acceptable degree of (79.6%) and an average of (2.39), and it was clear from the results that the most prominent dimensions of practice Leaders of primary schools for leadership with values In light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia vision 2030, the responsibility dimension came with an average score of (2.52) with a score that indicates OK and with a percentage of practice of (84%), while the transparency dimension came in second place among the dimensions of the leadership of primary schools leaders for leadership with values with an average My account (2.49) A score that indicates OK and with a practice rate of (83%), and then the justice dimension from the viewpoint of leaders of primary schools from among the dimensions of the leadership of primary school leaders to drive with the values in the last rank with an arithmetic average (2.17) with a degree that indicates somewhat agree and with a practice rate of ( 72.3%), that the response of the study members came in a degree that indicates approval of the development proposals to enhance the practice of school leaders with values in light of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030 vision, with an average score of (2.59) and with an approval rate of (86.3%). The study recommended the necessity of increasing the awareness of school leaders of the importance of exercising leadership with values through holding seminars and lectures that explain the importance of its practice and its importance in developing educational work inside the school, working to provide school leaders in Riyadh with creative methods through which to improve the level of performance of school personnel, conduct More studies on the obstacles that limit the practice of leadership by values in the educational process, ways, proposals and mechanisms that will enhance the practice of leadership by values among leaders of primary schools.
