The current research aims to know the rights of the child among the parents of children. The sample of the research consisted of (400) individuals from the parents of children in the city of Baghdad, with both sides Karkh and Al-Rusafa. To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher built a measure of (for children's rights), after reviewing the literature and previous studies, and the measure of knowledge of children's rights included in its final form (25) items distributed in five areas. The researcher also verified the standard characteristics of the two measures of honesty and stability, and verification of honesty was in two ways: apparent honesty, and construction honesty and stability has been extracted by two methods: re-test and Alvakronbach, the research found the following results: 1) Parents of children have knowledge of children's rights in terms of health, cultural, family, educational and civil rights. 2) The parents of children have the ability to change their reality according to the progress and development required by society. The researcher also put some recommendations and suggestions. (Published abstract)
